We are asking a question, what if you get other health issues than the Covid? Can it be more serious than Corona?

We all are again predicting that work from home going continue for some more months due to the uncertainty of the pandemic. Today we will look into the lifestyle we can follow to be healthy in the WFH period.
Work out Yoga/Gym: - Daily workout is very important to keep yourself fit and healthy. If you cannot go out for gym work, Yoga would be the best option for you. Have a calm place and do Yoga and exercises on daily basis. Breathing exercises will help you in long run as well.
Furniture set up and sitting position - Sitting positions and proper furniture will help you to maintain good posture and also helps to keep good back health. You need to avoid sitting slumped to one side, sitting for a long period, and straining the neck for long periods, etc.
Healthy food: - Eating healthy food is essential for every human being irrespective of the work type. The reason WFH people really need to focus because the work time or the availability/unavailability of the food may change eating habits. Missing dinner or lunch and having some light food later had been very common things nowadays so be sure about the food timing, quantity, and the type of food you consume.
Working space: - Have an own working space where you can put your good concentration on your work. Avoid irrelevant stuff around, keep it calm and cool. Set up a place in such a way that it will help you to more focus on your work to end your day very smoothly.
Sleep well: - proper sleep is very important in everyone’s life. Having 7 to 8 hours of sleep is a must for healthy living. However, as a corporate employee, if you work for 8 to 9 hour in front of the computer, you need to have 8-hour proper sleep to give rest to your eyes and body as well
Fun activity/Sessions: - Having fun activity sessions are very important, it may be with your colleagues through video call or with your family members. Activity that includes more laugh, conversation, Brainstorming, Jokes will help you to keep your active and healthy mental health.
Breaks: - Take proper breaks in your 8 to 9 hours of work. Do not sit in the same place for too long time, just relax, have a small walk around. Have an outdoor walk at least once a day.
Weekend Plans: - Plan your weekend really good way. Work on your passion stuff, enjoy your weekends with your loved ones, have a small ride, etc. weekends are the mood refreshers for a corporate employee so make it properly utilized.
Enjoy with your family: - Ultimately now if you are with your family. It’s the best time to enjoy with them. Have a good talk, share your feelings, better understand each other and spend some quality time. Plan some small outdoor trips with all the safety measures following the Covid19 guidelines.
